Pre-Arrival
Contact details are available on our website. For visually impaired guests we are happy to provide full descriptions and details by phone.

Arrival & Car Parking Facilities
Located on St James’s Parade in the centre of Bath access to the building is from the street. There are 2 steps up into the entrance lobby from which there are two entrance doors, one for each flat. There are no parking spaces with the property but the Avon Street public car park is directly behind just a minute walk away. The Southgate car park is a couple of minutes walk towards the town centre and as an underground car park is considered more secure for overnight parking. Up to date car parking charges can be found onhttp://www.bathnes.gov.uk/services/Parking-and-Travel.

There is a bus stop directly outside the front door to the Town house. Do not stop to unload here as the wardens are unforgiving. Stop on the double yellow lines on the opposite side of the road where wardens will normally allow you a few minutes to unload your car. There is also on street parking 20m up the road. Up to 1 hours parking can be paid for in the ticket machines.

You can also leave cars in the park and ride carparks on the edge of the city. More details onhttp://www.bathnes.gov.uk/services/parking-and-travel/park-and-ride

Inside the House.
Being an old Georgian building there is no lift and access to all floors is via stairs. Access to the top Floor of the 14 person flat is via steep and narrow stairs. Head height on the top floor is less than 6ft (1.83m) through some doors and under roof beams. Stairs to all other floors are typical residential stairs in terms of width and step height.

Rear Access
The rear of the property can be accessed through the fire escape stairs from both Flats and there is a fire escape door onto Corn Street.
